I was location sound mixer for x4 episodes of this web series. Home of the Hotspots is a documentary style series that celebrates local food hotspots from all around the UK. The brief was a combination of social first but with long form documentary and natural feel. Each shoot had a foodie presenter and then could involve up to six or seven additional contributors. 
I was assisted by Rajan and Geoff from Hear More Audio to help with radio mic’ing and running IEM’s to the myriad on-set client who were in video village. The series racked up over 45 million views on Youtube alone, with the view above gaining 15m and counting, and all this exlcuding all the social cuts down for Tiktok and Instagram.  We were tasked with being as nimble as possbile, offering a balance between commerical approach from a technical point of view whilst not imposing on the talent to get rid of that documentary feel. 
We also recorded all voiceover on-set and i’m overall very impressed with how this project came out.
